Helping make Our Communities A Better Place for All

We offer three meals a day Monday through Friday and Brunch and Dinner on Saturday and Sunday.

If you or someone you know is in need of a free meal, encourage them to come to the Mission at 405 East Heron in Aberdeen. Everyone is welcome to eat with us–Meals and Dayroom are open to Men, Women, and Families.

Meal Times:

Monday through Friday
Breakfast 7:00 a.m.
Lunch Noon
Dinner 7:00 p.m.
Dayroom is open to sit and rest from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday
Brunch 10:30 a.m.
Dinner 5:00 p.m.
Dayroom is open to sit and rest from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday
Breakfast 7:30 a.m.
Dinner 4:00 p.m.

We often have snacks such as fruit, pastry, water and coffee available during the day.

Union Gospel Mission also hosts special holiday meals for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Meal times will be different for those days. Check out the Events page of our website for more information as each Holiday nears.
